FAQ's can contain text, graphics, tables, links and more. Everything can be formatted and laid out in any way you choose.
Q). Can FAQ's be broken down into multiple categories?
You can add as many categories of FAQ's as you wish. Using the AdminCentre, simply add, edit and delete categories, then add, edit and delete the questions that appear in them.

Q). Can the layout/style of the FAQ system be changed?
The layout and style of the FAQ system can be customised to match your needs. Almost any kind of customisation is possible.
Q). How does the FAQ system work?
Questions and their answers are added using the AdminCentre. Lists of questions are displayed on your site for visitors. When a visitor clicks on a question, a pop up window appears containing their answer.
Q). Is there any limit to the number of FAQ's
There is no real limit to the number of FAQ's you can add. Depending on the database system used, you may find that the system slows down after you have entered a certain number of FAQ's, but the number of FAQ's you would need to enter would be huge.
